The Exhibition Grand Train in Paris

A few weeks ago, I went to the exhibition Grand Train in the abandoned train warehouse of La Chapelle, a popular Parisian district.

I heard of this exhibit by chance and I’m glad I did! It reminded me of my childhood. When I was a boy, I had many toy trains, and I would play with them for hours. I travelled a lot with them!

So when I visited Grand Train, I was thrilled. Here they were, the trains of my childhood (I confess, I was born in the twentieth century), and, again, they made me travel.

Of course, if you are not really into train but have to accompany your old dad, don’t worry. The warehouse has been turned into a trendy place with restaurants, a bookshop, a library and even a small cinema.

Free Exhibition scheduled until October 16, 2016
